Ernie was asked to lead the turn-around of a turnkey enterprise to provide a paper recycling mill that had initially been behind schedule and over budget.  It finished on-time, within budget and was producing specified product earlier than predicted.  Similar documented success was also provided for, a large Design /Build woodyard, the dismantle /transport/re-installation of two chemical processing plants, the construction of a complex highway/bridge project and a water-supply tunnel project

Ernie has documented successes on other projects, in other industries and, in most construction disciplines - including design and engineer-ing management.  Ernie also has first-hand successful experience managing global aftermarket services and ISO-based manufacturing.
